Many customers have asked about the care and usage of this product. Here is a general care suggestion: Cold water, lemon, and iced tea are okay, but acidic, alkaline, or heavy-tasting liquids left in the pitcher for more than 24 hours may leave a lingering smell. This is just a suggestion.
ATTENTION: This pitcher does not fit the Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker.
The lid may be a little tight due to it being slightly out of shape when cooled. If this happens, you can try the following: Submerge the 80% lid in 99-degree hot water for about 10 minutes, then place the lid back on the pitcher and let it cool for around 24 hours. This should resolve the tightness issue.
